It was a very good experience working with Janet. She is very professional and prompt, not to mention the support around the clock. I am looking forward to working more with her in future purchases/sales.

Janet was great to work with! She helped me purchase my first home. She was very responsive and joined me several times for walk throughs prior to me making my purchase. Her patience made me feel very comfortable throughout the process and I never felt rushed or pressured to make my decision! She was helpful in the negotiation over concerns that came up during the final inspection. Thank you Janet for your help with my home purchase!

Janet was an absolute pleasure to work with on the sale of our home! Communication with her was fantastic. She was very responsive, even when I wasn't really expecting a reply right away. She also nailed the suggested price - including sharing her research and coming back with a revision once we were all set to go on the market. We sold after the first weekend and were very happy!

Janet helped my husband and I purchase a home in 2021 when it was a very competitive market. Janet was always responsive, communicated effectively and took care of things in a prompt and courteous manner. When we went from looking at homes in Kent to a home on Lake Erie, Janet followed us on that journey, and we found a home that we love! If you are looking for a personable, flexible and intelligent realtor who will take care of things-call Janet!!
