Janet Dauber was born and raised in Kent, Ohio where she was a student in the Kent City School District. Upon graduation from Theodore Roosevelt High School she attended the University of Mount Union where she earned her BA. Janet has a great sense of civic pride and regularly dedicates her time to community involvement, including serving as a member of the Kent Area Chamber of Commerce and the Kent Fair Housing Board. Janet has a strong knowledge of the culture, the citizens, and he neighborhoods as well as the LOCAL real estate market. Janet is a well-respected member of both the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Akron-Cleveland Association of Realtors (ACAR).
Since obtaining her real estate license in 2017, Janet has quickly become one of the Top Agents in Kent and other surrounding communities and is consistently a top producer at Keller Williams Chervenic Realty. In just her first year, Janet was awarded both the Rising Star honor and Rookie of The Year award by the Portage County Association of Realtors (PCAR). Janet was also bestowed the prestigious Ohio Association of Realtors President's Sales Club in 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023, a distinction that only 10% of all Ohio Realtors achieve and was featured in the November 2020 Nationwide and International Edition of Top Agent Magazine.
