Our experience with Janet was outstanding! We came to her with very little experience, but she patiently helped us and even made it enjoyable! As we made our way through the closing process, Janet communicated exactly what was going on and was always available for questions. We have already recommended her to our friends!

In the past 22 years my husband and I have sold three homes in three in different states and we both agree that the experience in selling our home through Janet Dauber at Cutler Real Estate of Kent, Ohio, was the best. Janet was personable, professional and quick to respond to all our questions and concerns. The marketing package that she put together for our home got over 7000 viewings in one week and within just a few days we had four fabulous offers. We would highly recommend Janet Dauber of Cutler Real Estate to our friends and family. Joyce and Richard Evans

My wife and I worked with Jerry Kayser for six months. He helped us buy a condo and sell our house. When we began, we had the idea that a realtor was someone who took you around and showed you places. As we learned, they are far more than that. Jerry provided assistance, advice and direction in all of the many, many aspects of buying and selling a home of which we had no experience or knowledge. For us that included getting and passing a septic inspection, filling out lots of legal forms, getting advice about who could reasonably do the changes and repairs needed to get our house on the market, helping us get the place we bought inspected, and the list goes on endlessly. Besides the things you might expect a realtor to do Jerry went beyond the call of duty and did things no one should expect any realtor to do. For example, while we were out of town the buyers of the house wanted some things removed from the house and Jerry got it done in short order. We have learned two things from our experience: First, don’t sell or buy a house without a realtor. Things are just too complicated today. Second, get a realtor as good as Jerry Kayser. If you don’t, there are hundreds of ways you could be sorry. I know that without Jerry, we could have had multiple disasters. Better yet, instead of hoping to get an agent as good as Jerry Kayser, get Jerry Kayser if you can. We know that he will go the extra mile. We will certainly use him again if we have to sell our condo.

Jerry was a tremondous help with the purchase of our home and we would not hesitate to recommend him!! We were purchasing from out of state and had limited time to look at houses. He gave us guidance with areas to look at and was knowledgable with regards to local zoning. Communication and follow up was top notch. He also acted as our agent at closing as we were not able to be there.

Jerry was very attentive and adapted his style and actions to accommodate our needs. His flexibility, good listing skills and willingness to take action when needed is what makes him one of the best. I've bought or sold more than a dozen houses and Jerry is the best of the best.

Jerry was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the whole process of buying my home. He is knowledgeable and understanding, resourceful to get things done at every step.

Jerry has represented my business partner and I very well. I was more inclined to not use a realator in my dealings. Jerry changed that. He is a very strong negotiator. We do a lot of research on our own. When we get Jerry involved he always seems to bring value and knowlege to our dealings. I recommend him greatly.

Our property had complications which made a more difficult process for selling. There were 2 homes on a farm with a common well and driveway. It required a more complex solution to sell them. Jerry did a very good job guiding Us through the sale. It took knowledge, patience and determination to get it done.

Jerry Kayser and the team at Keller Williams got us an offer within 3 weeks of listing. If you’re in the market for buying or selling or both, give Jerry a call and see if he’s a good fit for you! He was for us!

I was looking for property to purchase and Janet was the first to reach out. She met me that first week and we viewed 3 properties. At the end of the day I ended up placing a bid with her and bought the property of my dreams. She was wonderful and so was Cutler Realty. Everything was a SMOOTH TRANSITION!! Best realtor I have ever worked with
