Shannon was fantastic to work with! I interviewed and received invites from multiple agents but she was the most knowledgeable about my neighborhood, comps, etc and could actually answer my many Qs about the selling process and local housing market. Other potential agents gave me salesmanship and bluster instead of facts. Shannon did her homework on my house from day 1, even before I signed with her. She met with my spouse and I for over an hour to tour our home, answer Qs, understand our needs and concerns, and then emailed us docs and additional responses immediately afterward.
