Janet was wonderful to work with. She gave me good advice about improvements I should make before listing my home. She helped me find a local repair man to help with those improvements. She stayed in constant communication while I was having things done. When I was finally ready, her photos and listing where beautiful. She priced it competitively and had a great team for photos/videos which led to a sale for 58k over ask after only 48 hours on the market.
