Paulette worked so well with us and helped us get ready to sell our house- which took less than a month. She is very knowledgeable in real estate and can answer any question her clients have. She is also a kind hearted, amazing person. If I ever decide to sell again- she is my person! 100%

Joanne was present every step of the way to ensure we felt supported & understood each part of the transaction(s). She answered every question with so much knowledge. I recently sold my home and was fortunate to have an extraordinarily informative realtor, Julie Domenick, an agent with Keller Williams Chervanic Realty, guiding me through the process. Julie possesses the knowledge and skills necessary to secure a positive outcome for her client. Along with this intelligence she includes the most affirmative attitude and patience and was always available to answer all of my questions. To Julie I offer the most heart felt thank you! My husband and I recently had the pleasure of working with Shannon Pansmith as our realtor during our relocation to Akron, OH from out of state. From the moment we started our house-hunting journey, Shannon impressed us with her continuous dedication and accessibility. One of the aspects we valued most about Shannon was her patience. Despite our indecisiveness and the extensive search radius we imposed, spanning 30-45 minutes in every direction from Akron, she remained steadfastly supportive. Shannon never rushed us or made us feel pressured, always ensuring we felt comfortable and confident in our decisions. Throughout the entire process, Shannon demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for our satisfaction. Her communication was prompt and transparent, and she was always available to address any questions or concerns we had. We cannot thank Shannon and her team enough for their exceptional service and guidance. With their help, we have found not just a house, but a place we can truly call home here in Akron. If you're looking for a realtor who combines accessibility, patience, and dedication, look no further than Shannon Pansmith.
