My wife was pregnant and we were moving from Illinois to Florida. We couldn't be there to see homes, so a friend who had used Joseph highly recommeded him. Joseph took the time to see what we needed and wanted in our house and community. e then sent us great information about areas and from there we choose where we wanted to live We relied on Joseph's expertise and advice. He gave us honest pros and cons for every house, sent us videos, links to articles, and city information for a lot of great homes. In the end, we decided to buy a new construction home. Of course, the timing was critical and the builder MESSED up and delayed our home! I don't know how he did it but Joseph got the president of the company and the next thing we know they were able to make up a lot of lost time and we moved in way before the delayed date. We love the house, the view of the lake, and the neighborhood. Joseph is the best.

Nancy will go above and beyond to make sure you have all the options to decide from and will help if you confused. She answers her phone all the time and I never had to leave a voice mail.
