Konstantin helped us purchase our very first home & we are very happy we found him! Can’t thank him enough or recommend him enough! He even climbed a ladder to make sure a shingle on the roof was replaced after a 72 page inspection report came back with tons of issues, he negotiated all repairs got done before closing & they were!
