Joseph knows the market and how to sell a home quickly. And this is because he spends countless hours ensuring the house looks impeccable and move-in ready. He helped identify things that needed to be updated and things that needed repair. He has great taste in staging the house for buyers so that his pictures and videos draw them in. This is so important, because buyers won't even go look at the house if the pictures don't appeal to them. My house literally looked like a model home. It sold in two days. And Joseph was very professional and helpful through the entire process.

First off .. my husband and I loved Susan Blair as soon as we met her. She is a warm, friendly, calming person. We quickly found that she was very knowledgeable and did her homework! Konstantin helped us purchase our very first home & we are very happy we found him! Can’t thank him enough or recommend him enough! Great negotiation skills, communication, & he really put in 200% effort. He taught me everything I needed to know about the location and was very thorough with checking our property. He even climbed a ladder to make sure a shingle on the roof was replaced after a 72 page inspection report came back with tons of issues, he negotiated all repairs got done before closing & they were!
