Very difficult time for me I wasn't buying a home I was selling my youngest brothers home that had passed away in February a your prior Lost my only son but Cynthia was able to help me through it all Not just selling the house for the best price but hung in there through my difficult times I wish there was more people like her. When we decided to sell our House that we lived in for 30 years, only one Person came to mind and that Person is Cynthia Luedke. She had helped two of our daughters sell and by their Houses. She is a person we could trust we all of our personal stuff and her advice on how to prepare the house was excellent! She also advised on the Sale price for the House and was right on target. I don’t even know where to begin. I have too many good things to say about Nancy. Nancy was absolutely wonderful! I am out of state so it wasn’t easy for me to look around at a bunch of houses and neighborhoods. Nancy was incredibly kind, helpful and patient, she scheduled zoom calls with me to see houses, she was available 24 hours never missed one call from me no matter what time I called her. When the right house came she was there with me through the whole process. She was worry about everything, she was dealing with the whole process as if her home. I had many problems with loan situation, she always give me hope and believed that we will take this house. Nancy is very professional and attention to details, also explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer, to working with the mortgage broker. She became friend more than my real estate agent. If you thinking about buying or selling a house I highly recommend her.
