Working with Stephanie to sell my home was such a great experience. Having had a bad experience with a realtor about 3.5 years ago, I was nervous going into this. However, Stephanie made everything easy, right from the start. Having the right vendors available to get my lawn and outside ready and prepped for pics and showings, my screen replaced on porch, electrician, and all very timely. She was great with the customers at the multiple open houses she hosted and a great negotiator as well. Always friendly and smiling and always very quick with responses and questions. Highly recommend!

I'm a banker, in every state from coast to coast, I work with hundreds of realtors across the nation. After funding a self-employed client we shared, that was so far out of the box that every single condition we got cleared somehow created 2 more, sometimes you run into realtors that really start getting antsy, concerned, the emails start piling up from them; not these 2, they were cool, calm and collected, like true professionals, and always kept the client on track and always communicated effectively.
