However, Stephanie made everything easy, right from the start. Having the right vendors available to get my lawn and outside ready and prepped for pics and showings, my screen replaced on porch, electrician, and all very timely. She was great with the customers at the multiple open houses she hosted and a great negotiator as well. Always friendly and smiling and always very quick with responses and questions.
