Prentice went out of his way to make sure selling my house was stress free. He did whatever I asked from being at every showing to staying for all inspections. Always had time to answer my questions. He helped my buyer also as her agent wouldn’t answer her calls or texts. Hope he gets his commission too. Can’t recommend him enough!

When we were searching for our home we basically knew what area we wanted and a handful of small details and Cara took those small details got to know us through conversations and found us a perfect home. She even had someone take care of us and show us a property while she was away on vacation with her family. Even though there was a couple small bumps in the road, none due to Cara whatsoever, she managed to help get us where we needed to be. Will definitely be doing business together again.

I chose Kim to my selling agent based on a recommendation, and it turned out to be a very good recommendation. I was selling my daughters house as an “Attorney In Fact (AIF).” This required some additional work for the selling agent. Kim guided me through the process. There were also some issues with the HOA that Kim helped me with. In addition, she made suggestions on how I could stage the house and make some changes that improved the sale of the house. Kim held several open house showing and kept me informed of additional showings. She provided timely buyer feedback from all showings. I would recommend Kim as an agent to anyone selling or buying a home.
