Prentice went out of his way to make sure selling my house was stress free. He did whatever I asked from being at every showing to staying for all inspections. Always had time to answer my questions. He helped my buyer also as her agent wouldn’t answer her calls or texts. Hope he gets his commission too. Can’t recommend him enough!
Prentice was a referral that I didn't think I needed until I realized how much I didn't know about home purchasing. Prentice never left a phone call unanswered. He was always looking out for my best interests even when I didn't know when I needed to. I would definitely keep him in my list of trusted resources. If you're in the market for a realter, he's your guy.
