Kim is very professional and through and helped to resolve problems with my own real estate lawyer who was creating chaos and fears about when or whether the deal would close on time in a pandemic when no problems actually existed with our buyer. However, our sale took place at the end of the year and we had an old roof and could not afford to replace it without raising the asking price. Due to the expectations of the potential buyer's insurer with the aging roof Kim initially suggested pricing the house at what was listed on sites like Zillow and that we may have to lower the price due to the roof. Yet being the end of the year when such sites normally revalue the homes listed, so our home increased in value by $10,000. I then decided to rise my asking price just days before the house opening in early December. Within 3 days we had 27 visits and 3 offers at or above the higher asking price in a seller's market. Kim's YouTube video of our home and internet presence seems to have made a big impression on buyers. In the end the that I am aware of the aging roof was never a factor we had to deal with.
