Stephanie Kovats went above and beyond for me to help me get my first home. I have dealt with real estate agents before, so I have a bases for comparison. Stephanie Kovats is outgoing, friendly and a real go-getter. It took a couple of month to get every thing together before I was able to have my closing. Every day something new, negative, seemed to come up. The more stuff was thrown at me the harder Stephanie fought for me and my dream. She went out to look for different lenders, insurance, inspections, anything... every time I was turned down. I first talked to my final lender at 10pm while he was on the road from Virginia to Tampa. That's how hard she worked for me. I felt that I was her most important customer because of her hard work, positive attitude and full steam ahead work ethic. Thank you Stephanie, for all you did, for not giving up, and not letting me. They were phenomenal! My wife and I purchased a new build home near Lake Nona and lived in it for less than a year. Work took us back home to Arkansas and Chaz and chi-chi were able to pull off the impossible. Sell a new build home and actually make a profit off of it! We are debt free and it took a huge weight off of our shoulders. I can not stress how easy this dynamic duo made this process for us and I will be recommending them to anyone I can and saving their phone number incase anything comes up in the future!

Joanne provided me with sold homes in the subdivision around the home that I was buying. I was relocating from South Jordan, Utah to Orlando, Florida and we started to look for homes in February 2021. We closed in March and it was a very good experience for me.
