My husband and I recently worked with Sophia to sell our house. We had a tight timeline due to my husband's job transfer from Orlando to Chicago, but that was in no way a challenge for Sophia. Upon our first meeting, we immediately knew she could handle the job and help ease our stress. After taking care of a few details Sophia suggested for us prior to placing on our house on the market, Sophia had professional pictures taken and uploaded our listing within 24 hours. We had our first viewing the very next day and had a very impressive offer a day after that! Sophia helped to keep the process moving forward in a positive and expedited fashion. She made sure we were well aware of any challenges, questions, to-dos, etc. prior to closing to ensure a seamless process. She was very proactive and communicative, which we greatly appreciated considering we were traveling between Chicago and Orlando during this time (did I mention she helped us find a realtor up in Chicago to assist with us finding a home up there, as well?). We felt that we were taken care of at every turn and our best interests were always kept at the forefront of Sophia's mind.
