Kevin helped me purchase a piece of land in Orlando. What connected me to him was that he made the effort to provide drone footage of various properties vs. just the usual bad pictures of bushes on all the other sites. Once we got the process rolling, he was helpful in finding survey experts, a wetland consultant, and others. He even quickly cleared up a title issue for the seller that could have held up the sale. Plus, he's stayed in touch after the sale to help us with finding a builder (even though we're at least 4 years out from construction. Plus, he's just a nice, easy going guy who spent plenty of time with my wife and I discussing properties in the area. I highly recommend Kevin.

Mayra has been the most amazing realtor we could have asked for! My husband and I first met Mayra when we first started our home search back in 2016 after becoming newly engaged. Since then Mayra has become such a family fiend due to her trust worthiness and guidance we recieved from her. She has been so patient in our journey in finding a home, once we signed a purchase agreement Mayra stood by our side the entire way helping us with every single aspect of the construction process, even at the signing/closing table.
