Suzette was an amazing realtor. She was the best we could have asked for. Not only did she help us find our dream home, she made it so easy for us to relocate from CT to FL by finding us a rental to live in for a few months while we tested out the area. She was able to search for homes based on our wants and needs and made the entire process so easy for us. She was always immediately available to respond to questions, go see houses and was extremely knowledgeable. She was also able to negotiate closing costs for us and extra money to go towards damage that we didn’t find until the night before our closing. Karlene was referred to us by a friend, and she was exactly what we wanted in a realtor. She did a first-time buyer introduction with us and explained in a very clear manner how the process would go from looking for a house to closing. We were first-time home buyers were very happy to receive this information up front. She also did a lot of research as to what kind of house we were looking for. Once we began looking it took very little time for her to put together a list of great houses, and she was very easy going and quick to set up showings with us. It was the 3rd house we looked at which ended up being our new home. After locating the house she helped us with the offer, inspection, paperwork, and appraisal. I never felt pushed or rushed by her, and she was always there for a quick answer or feedback.
