Nice person, but NEVER listen to his seller. Another realtor brought a septic truck on the property to locate septic , there was damage done to the sprinkler lines, Curtis said not to worry about it because it was the new owners problem that they would fix it. That deal fell threw. WE found a buyer for our home, Curtis handled that also. There were 3 appraisals done on our property, 2 had missing/added information. I SHOULD HAVE JUST LET THAT CONTRACT EXPIRE. YOUR WELCOME FOR THE BUYER I would be cautious if you are considering selling your home with Curtis Grimes
