E.J. was such a great help in finding me my very first home! He was polite, professional, prompt, and very helpful in answering all of my questions. I told him everything I was looking for in a home, and he was able to check every box! On top of that, he helped me ensure that I secure the home with his superb communication and negotiation skills. E.J. also ensured that the closing went smoothly by sending out weekly updates/reminders on milestones that were due up until closing. THE BEST, Hands down! You will not be dissapointed at all whether your buying or selling your home, I promise. I wish we could of brought her to S.C. as well to be our Realtor but unfortunately not lol. We have worked with 3 realtors now during our time and Jackie is by far the best. We still go to her for advice and to get the truth about things concerning real estate and homes and that nature of the topic. What a pleasure it was the day I received a call from Curtis Grimes! I had an offer on my house that had fallen through and was so disappointed as I was dealing with the anxiety of not selling my house in time to fulfill the contract I had pending on the condo that I was purchasing. Then hours later came the call from Mr. Grimes, a very nice man and interested in seeing my home. Unfortunately, I was an absolutely wreck from the previous offer and had given up, yet for some reason, he still wanted to see it. Well, the best way to describe the situation was that this was the luckiest day of my life! I listed the property with him and had an offer the next day. Once again, Mayra has shown us how she is the best realtor out there! She knew we wanted to relocate in our same community and contacted us to see if we were interested in this house she sent us. Within a week of us seeing this house, Mayra put our house for sale. On the same day our house went live she did a couple of showings and one of those families went into contract to buy our house. Right away too, she got us in contract with our now, new house. Everything went smoothly being that Mayra makes sure your buying/selling experience is the best as it can be! Towards both of our closings it got a little scary due to covid-19 but Mayra went above and beyond to make sure both closings and anything else that needed to be done were safe for all the families involved. Once again Mayra Pinero outdid herself in the way she took care of us. You get the best of both worlds as she is professional and takes care of you as if you are family. If you are a first time buyer with Mayra you won't feel lost, she'll help you get quotes with movers, insurance companies, etc. Just like the first time we worked with her, after the closing she still followed up to make sure we were ok in our new home and we had everything we needed.
