From start to finish Kevin made the task of selling land very painless. We live on the West Coast and selling our property 3000 miles away without us there was very easy with Kevin's help. Kevin explained in language we could understand about our wetlands and the mitigation needed on our property, and being up front and forward with potential buyers with that info. He even went way above what we expected when he went out and mowed our lot himself.
