We found Kevin while searching for the BEST realtor in the Central Florida as we had land in Osceola County to Purchase and sale. To our surprise Kevin is not only extremely knowledgeable, but HIGHLY proactive and extremely prompt in responding to any request. He provided his professional opinion of the land, which exceeded our expectation; he put us in touch with a title company that is just as fast to execute closings; he went to the property to take pictures and drone footage; created a public marketing campaign to sell the property quickly; and then he proceeded to sell the land FAR, FAR faster at a higher price than we could have done so on our own. He's been in the industry for so long that he knows the market like the back of his hands and can even provide estimated closing costs during the current market condition. He's PROFESSIONAL, EXPERIENCED, PROACTIVE and doesn't disappoint. OVERALL, we're EXTREMELY satisfied with Kevin and his team. Karlene Grimes is amazing. She made the process of selling my house extremely easy and very quick. Karlene is an expert as what she does, and I was so happy to work with her. I was not in Florida while the house was being sold, Karlene went in and made the house saleable with some décor and minimal changes.
