I honestly don’t even know where to begin. My husband and I are so blessed to have met Jeff and Sophia when we did. As a family new to Orlando and Lake Nona, the Rogers team took the time to get to know us and explain the area. First off, Kevin called me back within a few hours of my first initial call & was super nice and incredibly knowledgeable about wetlands & soil. He got down to the basics regarding my property (land) and explained a great deal where we should start on the price point. Our property sold very quickly (within 2 weeks). The process was AMAZING! NO STRESS,didn't have to deal with phone calls, or a walk-thru's. Every communication was via e-mail/text, and it closed quickly thanks to Kevin & First International Title.
