Working with Glenn was Great!

I highly recommend Glenn! He was our agent for the purchase of our first home. He was incredibly responsive, thorough in answering all our questions, and helped us secure our home below asking price. Glenn and his team stayed on top of everything and guided us through each step of the process. Glenn is very knowledgeable about real estate, but he also brings valuable insight into construction and home improvements. This was very helpful during property walkthroughs, as he gave us a clear idea of the condition and potential of each home but also things to watch out for. We had a fantastic experience and will definitely work with Glenn again in the future!

Highly Recommend Glenn

My wife and I contacted Glenn recently. We had a fairly short timeframe and very specific criteria. Glenn jumped into action and helped us identifying potential homes quickly. With very little notice, Glenn was willing to show us several houses, both in and outside our criteria, at our request. He was very knowledgable regarding the details of each house's special features and circumstance. With his help, we refined our criteria and found a beautiful home quickly. The process was very smooth. After identifying the house, we put in an offer quickly, went through due-diligence, and ultimately closed on our new home. We even got a couple discounts because Glenn is well connected. Glenn negotiated a great deal for us, and was willing to hold our hand all the way through, which we needed. Best agent around!!

Glenn McCullough was our agent for the sale of our Oviedo townhome. He was also our agent when we bought it in 2016.
