With very little notice, Glenn was willing to show us several houses, both in and outside our criteria, at our request. He was very knowledgable regarding the details of each house's special features and circumstance. With his help, we refined our criteria and found a beautiful home quickly. The process was very smooth. After identifying the house, we put in an offer quickly, went through due-diligence, and ultimately closed on our new home. Glen is a great agent. He was on top of every step of the process, from the initial preparation and connecting with vendors for repairs and landscaping, all the way through the close.
