I came into the home buying process from out of state only really knowing Orlando through my experience visiting. Chase allowed me to really explore Orlando and the surrounding area and helped us see what we wanted. He also knew the market well and was able to tell us what would be good offers on various properties. I especially enjoyed his laid back personality making it extremely low pressure while looking at different properties.

It's funny how we stumbled on Chase. He was the selling realtor for a house we wanted to see. From there, he became our realtor because he was eager to send us houses QUICKLY and that fit our criteria. He is very knowledgeable in what he does. He was always available when we needed him. He even went above and beyond after we closed - and that is saying something! Buying a house, in another state, in this market is not for the faint of heart. But Chase helped us every step of the way. I'm grateful for this experience and to now call Chase a neighbor and a friend!
