This was my first time buying a house. I was filled with soo many emotions and not all of my emotions were the best. I changed my mind multiple times on multiple houses and there were even times I was ready to back out of getting a house altogether because I was soo nervous! But through it all Chase was supportive through each phase. He was not pushy and never made me feel like a fool when I was open and honest about how I felt through the whole process. There were times we viewed houses up to an hour away and he didn't complain not once! He stayed by my side from beginning until the end of the whole signing process! He's definitely a hardworker that you can be 100% transparent with and that's important in my books. I highly recommend 10/10.

This is the second time we work with Rick. He and his team sold our house in less than a week the first time (back in 2020) and within 3 days this year (2023). He goes beyond just posting the sale on known websites. The care he takes in taking pictures, recording videos, and thinking on our behalf during the negotiation is outstanding. He also provided updates and kept us informed during the whole process. The transparency and dedication were perceived during the selling and buying of our house. Best Realtor ever….Zac Hernandez has been working with me since 2018/19. Zac has made it his business to keep in contact with me. Even when I wasn’t ready financially he still check up on me every few months for the last few years. Last year I beat him to the punch and called him letting him know that I was ready to purchase my house. He had his finance guy contact me and the amount was not what I wanted. So I shopped and again it wasn’t what I wanted. We went looking at some homes that was just to small for me. And after seen two hands full of houses. Zac was like stop sending them LIL houses knowing that it’s not big enough. Zac made a call and I’m very much Thankful for my two story 5 bedroom HOME. Rick came highly recommended to us and lived up to the reputation. He was very patient in explaining the process for us as first time homebuyers, and equally patient as we viewed 9 properties in 1 day.
