Great and friendly service
It was the best decision that we made when we agreed for Rick and Marina to be our agents to sell our Windermere home. They were very knowledgeable of the area and very forthcoming with answers to any questions that we had. The house sold within 2 days on the market which was a great result for us . Thanks to Rick, Marina and their team for making it a seamless experience and a very happy Christmas for us.

Gets it done and fast!!!
Rick was very helpful throughout the whole process. He had an open house the first weekend my home was on the market and it sold that weekend!!! Highly recommend Rick!!!!

A wonderful experience.
Hands-down one of the best experiences working with Chase, I must say it has definitely been a pleasure working with Chase. He is one of the most accurate, nicest, very efficient, realtors I’ve ever dealt with. working with Chase was a pleasure, and I surely see myself working with him much more in the future. If I can give him 10 stars I would, but I’m only limited to five.
