She staged my house nicely and made ever effort to sell it. After one week on the market we dropped the price. My house appraised for well over what I sold it for, I wish I would have kept the price the same. I had one day to come and find a house in NC. Caren set up 15 showing for that day. Throughout the week I sent her more that I wanted to see!!
