As first-time home buyers, we were a little anxious about the home-buying process. We were also moving to a new state and were unfamiliar with the real estate market in North Carolina. Caren was wonderful and immediately eased our worries. She was knowledgeable and helped us understand the process from start to finish. After we decided on the house, she immediately sprung into action and helped us negotiate to get a great deal. During due diligence, she and her team organized all of the specialists for us and were even able to find free specialists to come give us quotes. We barely had to do anything, which was so helpful while we were preparing for our move. Caren is the best agent! She took care of everything and allowed us to relax and enjoy buying a new home.
