Rachel and Katie were amazing from start to finish. They are incredibly clear about their process and deliberate in their communication, keeping us informed every step of the way. As sellers, we always felt in the loop and well taken care of. One of the things we appreciated most was that they didn’t overpromise—but in our case, they absolutely delivered. They are strong advocates without ever taking over. They protected our voice and made sure we were heard throughout the entire process. Their network of resources was a huge help—whether it was prepping the home or navigating the closing steps, they had someone reliable for every need. Selling a home can feel like a full-time job, but having dependable, knowledgeable, and competent agents like Rachel and Katie made it so much easier. We’re grateful for their guidance and highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home with confidence.
