Coming from California, I was lucky my brother knew an RE agent like Caren! Since I was not able to see the homes personally, Caren and my brother had to do that for me. Caren took it upon herself to video all of the homes I asked her to look at, always keeping in mind the important things I wanted in my new home. She knew the market well and had a firm grasp on what was possible vs what was perhaps a bit unrealistic. In the end, she was able to find the perfect home; even when there wasn't a lot to choose from! But I think it was her thoughtfulness and attention to detail that stood out the most. Whenever I had a question about anything, she was always a step ahead with the answer! She took a stressful, long distance move, and made it easy for me! I will always be grateful for her guidance!

Where to begin? For more than 3 years, Caren has helped me with multiple real estate transactions...purchasing a condo for one of my children, selling my home of 24 years, and finding the perfect townhome for me to purchase. All of this has occurred in the midst of multiple significant surgical procedures for varying reasons, and also in the midst of a hundred year pandemic. Caren would email potential new homes to me, knowing I couldn't do anything about that at the moment. Through all these years, Caren stayed in touch regularly, while knowing that my medical care team wouldn't allow me to even leave my yard or have my adult children closer than 6 feet from me during the pandemic.
