With a big picture in mind 3 decades ago, Leshia Probandt Johnson and her late husband Donald, established Jupiter Lighthouse Realty on a vision that Jupiter and the Northern Palm Beaches area will become the most desirable place to live. Over the years, they have witnessed geographical and economical growth of this area, as well as the 2008 economic crisis. They have gone through it all, always confident that their promise to the community, integrity, and excellent customer service will always be the most determining factor in Overcoming obstacles together and as a Team with local Buyers and Sellers and Landlords and Tenants. Unbelievable experience

From the first moment I spoke to Leshia thru the whole process of her knowing the rental market for my condo when I wasn’t using it, to the sale of the condo that had to occur due to life changes, she and her whole team were complete blessings. Her and her team managed rentals with ease as well as the sale. She never bothered me with too much information or not enough. True perfection and professionalism from the beginning to the end! Leshia /JLR provides the full Package - 19 years of condo management, selling & realtor for new home

1. JLR/Leshia as manager of our condo property for 19 years: Most of those years we resided/worked internationally. No matter the time difference, Leshia was always attentive to alerting us of issues as well as immediate response time with an understanding of time zones. No matter the renter's issue, she and her team with Cathleen, often as the "cog in the wheel", took appropriate actions without creating friction -- a special gift, I think! 2. Leshia as Seller/Realtor of condo: She and her team displayed creative imagination with advertising, seeking buyers. Three highly professional agents presented a holiday video with views and musical script specific to our condo. Her professional outreach to Danny Poulos, Elite Lending Team and staff provided us with years of knowledge in the mortgage lending field and were of great assist. You can see where this is going -- it takes a village! Leshia's contacts were extremely reliable and supportive -- and innovative. 3. Leshia and her competent realtor team to locate a new home: Leshia, Paulette, Marina, David, Marvin, our primary contacts, seemed to utilize all their available resources to assist us in our search. And, they responded quickly to feedback -- truly over and above the norm! When we visited open houses, other properties, the host agents gave very positive comments for Leshia and JLR. They all made an often stressful experience, less so.

Professional team

Leshia and her stuff Cathleen and others in Jupiter Lighthouse Realty are professional. Wery good communication. They managed renting out our two apartements for 20 years. Also they sold them for good price even on the bad market.
