1. JLR/Leshia as manager of our condo property for 19 years: Most of those years we resided/worked internationally. No matter the time difference, Leshia was always attentive to alerting us of issues as well as immediate response time with an understanding of time zones. No matter the renter's issue, she and her team with Cathleen, often as the "cog in the wheel", took appropriate actions without creating friction -- a special gift, I think! 2. Leshia as Seller/Realtor of condo: She and her team displayed creative imagination with advertising, seeking buyers. Three highly professional agents presented a holiday video with views and musical script specific to our condo. Her professional outreach to Danny Poulos, Elite Lending Team and staff provided us with years of knowledge in the mortgage lending field and were of great assist. You can see where this is going -- it takes a village! Leshia's contacts were extremely reliable and supportive -- and innovative. 3. Leshia and her competent realtor team to locate a new home: Leshia, Paulette, Marina, David, Marvin, our primary contacts, seemed to utilize all their available resources to assist us in our search. And, they responded quickly to feedback -- truly over and above the norm! When we visited open houses, other properties, the host agents gave very positive comments for Leshia and JLR. They all made an often stressful experience, less so.
