I first met Jennifer in Dec of 2015. My parents sold their house in MI and had 30 days to move. They flew in on Monday and had Tuesday, Wed, Thurs to find a house to fly back Friday. Jennifer found several homes for them. We looked at many and during our time looking I briefly mentioned to Jennifer that we would be starting a home search around Feb cause our lease was up June 1. I spent a few hours with her at my parents home inspection (they were back in MI packing). We talked more about what we were looking for in a house, his much money we would have and where we would like to live. At my parents closing I saw Jennifer again and she mentioned a few listings she had seen that were what we were looking for. We got prequalified $xxx,xxx. And let Jennifer know. She emailed me some listings. My husband and I did some drive-bys of the ones that interested us. We met Jennifer for a showing on a Saturday morning. It was nice, but not "the one". We went and drove by some more and found the perfect one! We found Jennifer at one of her open houses. She made arrangements for us to see it that same day when she was finished at open house. We loved it. Jennifer went home that night and checked area comps. I got an email around 8pm with comps and we put in an offer. The offer was countered and we accepted. That was on 2/23/16. We closed on 4/26/16 and are so excited to finally have a house to make a home! Jennifer went above and beyond my expectations of what a realtor does. She was available everyday, all day. I could call or text with any questions or concerns. We have and will continue to recommend Jennifer to anyone that we know looking for a house. She will find you what you want!!!
