When you hire a realtor as a buyer you will spend a fair amount of time with them. So hire someone not just smart and informed, but personable. Krista checks that box! Then you need someone able to easily roll with changes at the last minute because things change quickly (like the house we thought we might love has a cracked foundation and we need to look elsewhere, like NOW). Check! Above all, you need someone who will PLUG IN to what you need. We were shopping 3 hours away from where we lived. When we wanted to check out *one last option* before making an offer Krista suggested she could FaceTime tour a house with us because we simply couldn’t drive to come see it. Yes, please, and thank you! Needless to say, that house was THE ONE and it was Krista plugging in and going the extra mile that made it happen for us. Kristina is awesome. Hire her!
