Jennifer did a great job selling a vacant lot for us. It was my father‘s lot in Belleview Florida. The lot was on land contract not in my Dad’s name, I live in Michigan I did a cold call to Jennifer, asking if she would be interested listing our property, she checked the contract and area and any information on property, she was willing to list the lot, there was an offer made on the lot. She understood our conditions to sell the lot. She called for a counter offer, her suggestion was spot on. We sold the lot and she handled all the paperwork and communications through email and text, the process went smooth. All we had to do is review documents and electronically sign at closing.
