I was introduced to Mr Jamison Foster by my son Chris. I was very glad because any questions I had Mr Foster was ready to answer. It was my first time buying in Florida and doing a 1031 exchange. He set up the contracts. He got in touch with the sellers agent and escrow company. He took pictures and videos of the homes and send them to me. Jennifer was very professional and knowledgeable. My mom passed away and we needed to move my dad who has Parkinson’s up by us. I needed an agent who could handle selling the house, getting repairs done without me nearby, etc. . She was able to do all of that extremely well. She was smart and had great advice and I never felt pressured. She was also reasonable with what she felt needed to be done with the house prior to the sale.
