Our agent is Katie Kowalski. In January 2023, in preparation of a month long March 2023 trip to the Wilmington area, we began communicating with Katie on a weekly basis. Utilizing email, text and phone calls, we provided our property search criteria. During our first in person meeting at the office, Katie demonstrated her experience and knowledge of the communities/markets from Wilmington/Leland to Calabash. Properties that matched our focus do not stay on the market very long, so staying on top of it was essential.
