-We first connected up with Katie in November 2022 when we targeted the Wilmington, NC area for our search. We had just spend October researching in the Lake Norman, NC area and Katie was recommended to us by our agent there Stefania Arrieta. -Planning a five week trip in March 2023, Katie really listened to what we were looking for. When we finally met her in person we knew right then, if there was a house that matched our top 10 must haves on our hit list. Katie would find it. -We toured several properties and fine tuned our expectations. At 9:30PM on a Wednesday night, Katie called, said a property that she thought might be the one, came back on the market. Jonna originally helped us a year ago with a rental property, she received no compensation, but helped tremendously with finding a property that was right for us. We are so fortunate we got to work with Sarah. She knew exactly what we were looking for, even after just one home tour. She is a great listener and truly understood our situation. She did not try to put a positive spin on potential issues just to make a sale. If she was concerned about the HVAC, roof, bathroom, etc, she said, "This worries me" or "I wouldn't want to live here". Her thoughts were ours exactly! One mid-afternoon Sarah texted me about a house in our favorite neighborhood that had just gone on the market and she scheduled a tour for the next morning.
