-We first connected up with Katie in November 2022 when we targeted the Wilmington, NC area for our search. We had just spend October researching in the Lake Norman, NC area and Katie was recommended to us by our agent there Stefania Arrieta. -Planning a five week trip in March 2023, Katie really listened to what we were looking for. When we finally met her in person we knew right then, if there was a house that matched our top 10 must haves on our hit list. Jonna originally helped us a year ago with a rental property, she received no compensation, but helped tremendously with finding a property that was right for us.
