i met with Sarah to view a property i saw online, but in person it looked much worse than the photos. Sarah had me covered. Even though this was our first time meeting she was able to quickly recommend another option that she felt would be more fit for me. She met me 2 days later to look at the property and then to look at several others in the immediate area. we returned to the first place she recommended and i signed a contract that night. She was very helpful in holding the selling agent and builder accountable and steering me in the right direction for my first time home purchase.
