As first time home buyers Michelle was incredibly supportive and caring. She never got tired of our endless questions and always explained everything in detail. She was very patient with us and was always supportive and kind. All of Michelle's communication was very prompt and she responded to us at all hours of the day. Her prompt responses were always very professional as well! We are new to the area and she guided us through all of the questions we had about the areas and was very knowledgeable! i met with Sarah to view a property i saw online, but in person it looked much worse than the photos. Sarah had me covered. Even though this was our first time meeting she was able to quickly recommend another option that she felt would be more fit for me. She met me 2 days later to look at the property and then to look at several others in the immediate area. we returned to the first place she recommended and i signed a contract that night. She was very helpful in holding the selling agent and builder accountable and steering me in the right direction for my first time home purchase. I already reccomended her to a friend of mine since she was such a blast to work with and really knew what she was doing.
