Dan has a very good understanding of the local market. He did a great job of finding us homes to look at that met our needs and were in our price range. After settled on the house we wanted he continued to work with us to make sure the closing went smoothly. This was particularly helpful as we were coming in from out of state and didn’t want to make additional trips. Overall Dan was an excellent partner in this process.
