Jennifer and her team are awesome! My wife and I were interested in purchasing a future retirement home that was near our son, daughter-in-law, and soon-to-be-born first grandchild. We live in San Diego which makes looking for a home in Wilmington quite a challenge. We found out at dinner that our realtor friend had really grilled Jennifer about providing good service to us . Jennifer not only met our realtor friend's expectations, she exceeded them. Amazing service and always available with open communication

Katie was the absolute best part of our whole home buying and selling experience! She worked with us for over 2 years while we looked for a house. She never once made us feel pressured to make any decisions or rushed us. Katie is very knowledgable about everything and was able to convey her expertise to us in a way we could understand. We did dozens of walkthroughs and submitted several offers with her before we finally found the perfect home for us, which was a new build! She represented us very well and advocated for us strongly when needed. Not only did she find us the perfect home and help us in that process, but she also sold our home for us when it was time to close on our new build. She put our house on the market and it was sold in less than 2 days!! And the offer we accepted was actually from the first day on the market!!
