Jeff showed Professionalism and was always available to answer my questions and give guidance to any question that i posed to him. California real estate deals are different from what I have used to. Jeff made the process painless. I shall always use him in the future if the need arises. Thank you Jeff.
Our family recently had the privilege to work with Jeff on the sale of our childhood home and my parents home for over 60 years! From day one Jeff was professional , courteous, and most importantly was the care and time he dedicated to ensure the process was seamless for my 91 year old Mom. My father recently passed and as you can imagine that last thing that we wanted was the stress of selling our parents home of more than 60 years. Jeff was fantastic! He took care of every detail involved in the sale and his communication with the process was exceptional. Jeff’s ability to communicate and walk us through the process was exceptional and our family could not have asked for a better experience. The bottom line is that Jeff is a man that listens to his clients and will work to ensure the process and sale is seamless and stress level minimal. Our family would 100% recommend Jeff Goodman as your realty agent!
Jeff turned the trepidation of selling our family home of 64 years into an unbelievably smooth process. His knowledge of the Alameda area, business professionalism and attention to detail were top notch. Jeff presented a time line which was meticulously adhered to. During the prep of our home, each of the contacts he provided did an incredible job which enhanced the sale of our home. Jeff was always attentive in keeping us apprised of the process and always available when we had any questions. Alameda will always be our hometown but Jeff Goodman made our decision to sell a smooth transition into a new adventure.

Heather made our home purchasing process an absolute breeze from start to finish. As first-time homebuyers, we were looking for a real estate agent who could hold our hands throughout the process and who we could trust to fight tooth and nail for our interests: Heather was just that person. She consistently sent us new properties to view and was very conscientious of the budget range we were comfortable working with. We initially thought that purchasing in the city of Alameda wasn’t within our range, but Heather helped us secure our beautiful condo, and we truly couldn’t be happier with the location. Heather also helped us secure a few contractors to update some of the flooring in our place prior to us officially moving in, and our experience working with the rest of her team was also seamless. We’d highly recommend working with Heather and would definitely work with her in the future. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to call Alameda home, Heather!
Heather was 15 out of 10! Her market knowledge of the area of the Bay area gave us insight to area of the home we purchased. Her communication skill(quick response) helps us to close the home in less than 10 days. Her professional manner gave us trust on her to representing us in the purchase. We strongly recommend her to our friends and families.
I had the pleasure of working with Jeff and I highly recommend him as your agent. He took care of everything that needed to be done and he knows great people to get the work done. He kept me apprised of every detail along the way. He was prompt in answering text messages and was always able to communicate with you via the phone if necessary. Jeff was always professional, polite, on time and had great advice and suggestions on how to go forward with my property. He is a fabulous agent !!
Jeff exceeded my expectations during every stage of selling our home. He was an ally, friend and advisor helping us navigate this very difficult time of selling our family home. I felt like we were constantly ahead of the curve in every step of whole process. Which was in entirely due to Jeff's dedication and thoroughness. I always knew that Jeff had me covered. I cannot imagine a better experience and cannot wait to refer him to other people who are moving.
Jeff is a great agent. He worked hard to get our property listed and get the best price. He is very knowledgeable about the area and the market as well. He is very punctual and also very trustworthy. He has great communication skills as well.
From start to finish Jeff was up for every task. He arranged the estate sale and handled getting rid of any excess. Next made sure all the repairs and staging went smoothly. Scheduled the open houses and handled all the offers. Couldn’t have been more pleased. Thanks Jeff, Great Job!!
Jeff made the entire process of selling our condo extremely easy. He always ensured there was constant communication and always took the time to explain everything in detail to us. I highly recommend Jeff's team to anyone buying or selling their property. In a buyers market he was able to secure an offer over our asking price and expedited the closing in just 10 days. You won't regret hiring them!
We first met Jeff in 2010 when we were looking for a house in the East Bay. He worked with us for over a year in a tough market and eventually helped us find a home in Alameda. 12 years later when it was time to sell that same home we knew exactly who we were going to call. Jeff made the process simple and explained everything we needed to do along the way. He is friendly and approachable but also gets down to business when necessary. Can't recommend him enough!
