I can’t begin to say enough about Nick’s professionalism. He’ll show you the property and ask you what it is you like or dislike about the property and will quickly learn what you want. He isn’t pushy and he is literally available to help you 24/7. I’m a handful and I know it, but he is the calm through a storm. He is just solving all the problems and getting all the answers quietly in the background. He realizes that a home is about the biggest purchase you will make in your life and respects that. He doesn’t blow up your phone pushing you to go see and do anything, he just patiently waits. He is proud of what he does and displays that from the beginning to the end, and in my case beyond the end. I had a problem almost immediately after moving in and Nick stepped right up and helped me resolve it in a way that no other realtor would. Nick was a huge help throughout the entire home selling experience. No matter the time of day, he was available to help and/or answer questions. It was an interesting experience to sell my mother’s house, but through and through, Nick was on top of everything that needed to be done in the process, or even that the house itself needed. He was very in person and willing to put in the labor to get things moved, fixed or cleaned. Highly recommend.
