God Bless Nick Shoemaker. Nick was recommended to me and I could not be more grateful. Having to settle my parents estate after my Dad’s passing Nick took care of every detail and made this process so easy, smooth and trouble free. He honestly went above and beyond helping in every way. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to anyone who wants their property sold with professionalism and honestly. He was able to sell the property even faster than I ever thought possible.

Nick helped me sell my home years ago and when he asked me to write a review years later… I said YES! He was a wonderful young man to work with and I was super happy with how he handled selling my home. Always prompt and helpful whenever I needed him. Thank you again Nick!

Nick did an outstanding job with helping us find our dream home! He answered every time we called and got us answers immediately. He went above and beyond when we ran into situations that we could not have handled ourselves. This experience was a long process due to us moving from another state. Nick was right there at all times of the day to help us achieve our goal. I am so glad we got to work with Nick and we highly recommend Nick for your real estate experience.

Incredibly grateful for having Nick as my agent. Nick is a wonderful professional who worked with us to find the "home" we would love and be happy with. He understood the market, offered advice and helped with strong negotiations. He was quick to respond to any questions I had. I highly recommend Nick to anyone looking for agent in the Tampa/Saint Petersburg/Gulfport area.

Nick was a pleasure to work with! Never had a more smooth transaction with a buying process! He is very knowledgeable and won’t steer you wrong. He may be young, but he outworks every realtor I’ve ever used. I will only be using him from now on for all friends and family.
