We thoroughly enjoyed working with Nick as our realtor selling our condo. He came to our initial meeting prepared and with an open and realistic approach to selling our condo. Throughout the process he helped us find contractors and help whenever needed. He kept us updated on the status of showings and open houses. Overall we got a good value out of our condo and the process was simplified because of the work Nick did to make it easy for us. We would recommend him as a realtor to anyone in the area.

We were relatively new to the Tampa area and had decided that after a lifetime of renting we were ready to dive into home ownership. Tyler was there with us through every step of the way. He helped to suggest neighborhoods based on on the parameters we had set, found some great properties to show us, and pointed out the good, the bad, and the ugly so we’d have a full understanding of what each property and area offered or what issues we’d face. We really appreciated his extensive knowledge about the market, different t neighborhoods, building structures and codes, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and the fact that he had measuring tapes of all sizes in his car at all times. When we finally found our home, he guided us through the offer, inspection, and sales process and we closed with an excellent deal on the house of our dreams. Even after closing he’s been there to guide us through the nuances of new home ownership. Real estate is such a roller coaster and we’re so grateful we had Tyler to take us through that ride. I was impressed with his persistence in getting me a tour of the home I eventually purchased. Tyler was friendly, courteous and professional. He made all the transitions regarding homeowners' insurance, taxes and inspections seamless. He sent me to do lists and checklists to ensure my move went smoothly.
