Nicholas Shoemaker is a fabulous individual, hard worker, and superb realtor. Though we attempted to work with other realtors, as we looked for our first home later in life (older couple), it was Nick who was extremely professional and able to break down the high-level jargon, helping us understand all the financial nuances of the home-buying process. He truly made the process as smooth as possible, always having a gracious attitude, detailed, and available for questions. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Nick as our realtor selling our condo. He came to our initial meeting prepared and with an open and realistic approach to selling our condo. Throughout the process he helped us find contractors and help whenever needed. He kept us updated on the status of showings and open houses. If you’ve been looking for an amazing realtor to help with your home buying needs, your search is over! Tyler Grisley is the best of the best. He puts his clients first and is passionate, kind, empathetic, and will fight to make your dreams of owning a home come true. We were relatively new to the Tampa area and had decided that after a lifetime of renting we were ready to dive into home ownership. Tyler was there with us through every step of the way. He helped to suggest neighborhoods based on on the parameters we had set, found some great properties to show us, and pointed out the good, the bad, and the ugly so we’d have a full understanding of what each property and area offered or what issues we’d face. We really appreciated his extensive knowledge about the market, different t neighborhoods, building structures and codes, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and the fact that he had measuring tapes of all sizes in his car at all times. When we finally found our home, he guided us through the offer, inspection, and sales process and we closed with an excellent deal on the house of our dreams. Even after closing he’s been there to guide us through the nuances of new home ownership. Real estate is such a roller coaster and we’re so grateful we had Tyler to take us through that ride.
