We were truly lucky to have Nick as our realtor. He’s an amazing person who went above and beyond to help us find our vacation home in Florida. He was always quick to respond to any questions we had, and since we were out of state and couldn’t be there in person, he handled everything for us. He put together a detailed video of the house, and it felt like we were actually walking through it ourselves, and even checked on the property multiple times on our behalf, even after the sale was completed. Nick followed up with us on every step. He followed up with every company that we needed to work with in order to ensure smooth closing process. Not only is he great at what he does, he also followed up in recommending all the local services that are provided in the area. Really happy with all the services provided. He literally filmed an entire episode driving locally on the streets of my house location all the way inside and outside the house explaining every detail people can think of.

Nick was a gem to have as the Listing Agent on the 2nd home we were contemplating purchasing, and because of his expertise, closed on in Florida to finally spend part of the year closer to our son and daughter-in-law, who left NJ for the Sunshine State close to 8 years now. Being a Real Estate Agent in the state of New Jersey for the past 37 years and representing mostly sellers for a good portion of that time, Nick certainly represented his sellers above and beyond, but, it takes a special kind of agent to know how to treat the potential buyers of his listings in order to have the type of transaction that makes everyone happy and gets the job done. When a home sale runs smoothly and buyers and sellers feel like they are being treated fairly everyone is more apt to want to cooperate and give a little as opposed to a tug of war. Nick orchestrates that type of relationship between the buyer and the seller and the way he does it is by knowing his stuff. I don’t think he has been doing this more than 5 or so years, but, I will tell you I have seen agents who have been in this business over 10 years who don’t have the knowledge, the skills and the personality that puts you at ease in knowing that he is guiding you in the right direction and not because he can’t wait for that commission check, but because he really cares about the people he’s working with and for and he likes what he does.
