NICK IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!! My fiancé and I were looking into buying a home and we found Nick on Zillow and I swear he was a god sent for us. Nick listened to what we wanted and guided us in the right direction. He is extremely knowledgeable but explains everything in a way those who aren’t in the business understand. Which we loved. Nick truly cares about his clients and wants his clients to be happy. He was texting with us on CHRISTMAS EVE…… if that doesn’t speak volumes for the type of realtor he is I don’t know what does. We can’t thank Nick enough from the bottom of our hearts for his help through this process. We are so grateful to work with him. Nick was fantastic to work with in all aspects. As first time home buyers, we knew that there was a lot we didnt know; but Nick always had answers for us, could break things down and explain things to us in detail, always looked out for our best interest and was extremely communicative and proactive throughout the entire buying process. We are extremely happy with our home and are lucky to have worked with him. If anyone ever needs a realtor, theres no one i would recommend more!

My fiancé and I came to Nick to look for a home to buy. We looked at one house and then waited months to look again. He reached out and followed up with us and we started to look at a few homes. We told him our budget and he always stayed in that realm. If we did not like something, he always made us feel that we were able to express ourselves and never try to pressure us into purchasing something that we were not comfortable with. He always agreed with whatever we were thinking, and was always thinking about our well-being in terms of buying a home for our family and what would be best for us. We found our house, which was a bit of a fixer-upper. And he negotiated things that we needed, and that were fair. We always felt that Nick was in our corner and that’s so important when purchasing a home. This is someplace that you will be with your family the amount of money that you’re going to put into it, all of that was a focus for him and he never made it feel like it was just a deal. He was always there to make sure that we were finding some thing that was the right fit for us. I would recommend him 100% to anybody that I know and I have dealt with a handful of realtors after purchasing three homes before this. Nick, thank you so much for all the help with our beautiful new home. We love it!

I am a realtor in three states. a I am particular in my real estate investments. I met Nick when the market in this part of Florida was hot hot hot. I couldn’t find an agent to answer calls, set up appoints or actually show me anything ….until I called one of Nick‘s listings. From there on out he was ready to roll, house hunting with me. He is a go-getter. He will find you what you’re looking for! He has the patience of an angel and is extremely knowledgeable!
