Tyler was extremely helpful. This was my first time ever having to sell a home or even work with a realtor. I couldn't recommend working with him more. As somebody who was new to the process, Tyler was able to walk me along through every process step-by-step all while treating me fairly and with respect

This was my first house purchase and Nicholas was amazing. He walked me through everything. Any time I had a question, he would respond quickly and clearly. He introduced us to our mortgage lender who was also amazing. His name is Logan Beck. I recommend them both!

Working with Nick was truly an amazing experience, especially as first-time homebuyers. Going into the process, I was honestly a little weary of real estate agents because of the horror stories I’ve heard about agents trying to steer clients in directions that benefit them financially. I made Nick aware of this from the beginning, and he completely changed my perspective. At no point did we ever feel like Nick was trying to push us toward something that would line his pockets. Instead, he always prioritized what was best for us and made sure we felt confident and comfortable in every decision we made. From the very beginning, he was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always available to answer our questions and guide us through each step of the process. One thing that really stood out was how accessible and responsive he was. No matter how many questions we had or how last-minute our requests were, Nick always made time for us and helped schedule home tours as quickly as possible. He truly made us feel like we were his top priority, even though we know he has many clients. Nick’s professionalism and dedication gave us so much confidence throughout the entire process. He took the time to make sure we understood everything and never made us feel rushed or overwhelmed. Even after we closed on our home, Nick continued to check in on us, which really showed how much he genuinely cares about his clients—not just the sale. My husband and I are so grateful for his support and will absolutely be using his services for any future home purchases. We highly recommend Nick to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and truly caring realtor!

Tyler just helped purchase our first home. Tyler was very patient and attentive with us during the home search process, he was very accommodating with our schedules and was very knowledgeable of the market. He was always very informed on the property we were touring and was good at noticing small or big details with the home that as a first time buyers we would have never thought about.Once we decided on a home he was helpful during the process, he made himself accessible for questions even late at night and he was knowledgeable on the different contracts and forms that had to be completed. He was able to help us with scheduling a great inspector that gave us the confidence in the decision we were making.Overall Tyler provided us with a positive home buying experience and I would 100% recommend you go with him.

Finding Nick on Zillow was a blessing. My husband & I were searching for a house to move our family into and Zillow connected us with Nick. We looked at maybe 8-10 houses and Nick was so honest with all of them. I never felt the pressure to sign a contract- which I really appreciated, especially as a first time home buyer. He helped me find some houses and together we had a list. He made all of the appointments to look at the houses- with some being last minute, but he made it work! He was professional, honest, and very knowledgeable. Nick also helped us get a killer rate on our mortgage. I always thought that buying a house would be a stressful mess, but he made it so easy! He quickly answered any random text questions I would send him and he walked us through the entire process. We are so thankful that we got connected with him and we 1000% recommend him!

Nick is an outstanding realtor and we highly recommend him. We purchased a home from out of state and he made the entire process smooth and seamless. It was an extremely positive and rewarding experience, from our first contact through closing and even after closing. He has an extensive knowledge of the real estate process and the area. He brought items to our attention that we hadn't considered and he was proactive. He responded to all phone calls and texts promptly with the information requested and followed through on all the items we asked of him. He also negotiated the price to below what we had initially offered! He had our backs through the entire process. It was amazing. We can't say enough good things about him!

I strongly recommend Nick if you want a efficient friendly knowledgeable real estate agent

NICK IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!! My fiancé and I were looking into buying a home and we found Nick on Zillow and I swear he was a god sent for us. Nick listened to what we wanted and guided us in the right direction. He is extremely knowledgeable but explains everything in a way those who aren’t in the business understand. Which we loved. Nick truly cares about his clients and wants his clients to be happy. He was texting with us on CHRISTMAS EVE…… if that doesn’t speak volumes for the type of realtor he is I don’t know what does. We can’t thank Nick enough from the bottom of our hearts for his help through this process. We are so grateful to work with him. I can truly go on and on about how amazing he had made the home buying process!!!!!! Hope to do work with him in the future. YOU NEED TO WORK WITH NICK SHOEMAKER YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!!
